The Vineyard House at The Dalya Estate
The Vineyard House at The Dalya Estate is a light-filled 2,400 square foot retreat comprised of 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Floor to ceiling glass Nano doors in the main living and dining area open to an expansive backyard with stunning views over the solar heated lap pool and jacuzzi framed by neighboring Pinot vineyards. The home has a beautiful open layout, a fully equipped chef’s kitchen featuring a Viking Gas Range with 6 Burners and dual ovens, spacious butler’s pantry, Shaw’s fireclay sink, and a grand, gracious marble island for gathering, wining and dining.

While our property is 6+ acres and surrounded on three sides by large commercial vineyards, we do have neighbors with whom we share a mutual respect for local noise ordinances. Our goal is to provide a relaxing environment where friends and family can kick back, laugh and enjoy themselves immensely. Just a reminder, this home is located on a working vineyard, so there is work at the front of the property, where the grapes are located, as well as sulfur sprayed on a weekly basis. The vineyard is organically farmed, so all activity is free of harmful chemicals.
**Pool is heated only by request May through the end of October. If you would like to heat the pool during the off season, please inquire about the additional fee to heat the pool. Hot tub remains hot and available for your use all year round**
The entire estate can be rented or the main house and guest house separately. To book only the guest house, please see the Guest House at the Dalya Estate listing. To book the whole estate , please see the Dalya Estate listing. *Choosing to book the main house or guest house only means another group could occupy the other house during the same time period.* In addition, please be advised that the barn is occupied by the Chardonnay vineyard manager.
